Our strong capability in transaction advisory is a result of our extensive experience in advising and representing companies as well as domestic and international PE / VC funds on various investments, joint ventures, joint development arrangements and acquisitions. We are deeply involved in the transactional advisory process and are often called upon to advise companies on several aspects of such transactions, right from:
